Workshop Description:
Holiday season is quickly approaching, and it can be a stressful time. Take a break to focus on yourself. Please join us and learn coping tips on how to mindfully eat and reduce stress during the holidays from Lindsay. Mindfulness is a skill that fosters awareness with our eating and stress habits that leads to insight and knowledge. With this awareness happiness, reduction of stress, and peace of mind can be fostered in our daily lives and in our personal relationships with food and our thoughts.

About the Presenter:
Lindsay Leimbach is originally from Baltimore, MD. In 1991, she moved to the San Fernando Valley and began teaching at a special education school, working with severely emotionally challenged individuals. Her 23-year journey leads her to become the Principal and Head Director of the school. In 2004, she retired from school administration and began her journey teaching, speaking, and coaching Mindful Living. She has enjoyed teaching at many wonderful organizations such as JPL/NASA, Adventist Simi Hospital, and the YMCA. She is currently married and lives in Thousand Oaks, CA.
