Veronica began her yoga journey as a means toward physical therapy. Like so many before, she quickly learned the multitude of additional benefits a regular yoga practice offers, like the powerful healing power breath work has on both the body and the mind. After getting so much out of yoga herself, she became eager to share her passion with others. She earned her 200 hour RYT from Yogaworks in 2015. Her main objective is for every person who steps onto their mat, to leave their practice feeling better than when they started.
