Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of meditation and exercise. It involves flowing movement, rhythmic breathing, and meditative state of mind. Qigong is practiced in China and worldwide for relaxation, self-cultivation, preventive medicine and self-healing.
Edward Hu learned Qigong over thirty year ago and he practices it regularly. Currently he is also teaching a Qigong class in Leisure Village in Camarillo.
