Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara (CSCVVSB) is a nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of individual, foundation, and corporate giving. CSCVVSB serves more than 3,000 adults, children, and teens affected by cancer each year with programs throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, and the San Fernando Valley. Programs are offered in English and Spanish and are all provided free of charge.

By putting a gift in your estate plans for CSCVVSB, you can ensure that no one affected by cancer will have to go through it alone. CSCVVSB provides hope and emotional support with warmth and love, so they can keep on living their life and feeling supported all the way through.

As a Legacy of Hope member, you will be invited to attend special workshops and events, and you will be recognized in our newsletter, annual report, and on CSCVVSB’s donation wall. Members also receive this exclusive pin:

Here is why Beth Kin, Oncology Nurse, has chosen to remember CSCVVSB with a Legacy gift.

“I am leaving a legacy of support through a planned gift because I am the co-founder of this organization and I want to support cancer patients even after I have passed away,” says Beth. “My whole career has been dedicated to serving cancer patients so leaving this legacy is so important to me.”

“I hope that the Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara goes on into eternity and that it continues to serve cancer patients until there are no more cancer patients and cancer has a cure.”
