Celebration of Hope Garden Party
Thank you for helping us to make this year’s Garden Party a wonderful success.
We’d like to thank all of our guests who joined us on Friday evening, September 16, 2022 at Los Robles Greens for our Celebration of Hope Garden Party. The evening was so celebratory and guests enjoyed hearing from some of our “Dear Cancer, It’s Me” past scholarship winners, Eileen Zhang, Jasmin Castro and Diego Villegas. These young honorees were so inspiring!
We also honored Bill and Terry Schmidt with the Celebration of Philanthropy award for their clear and unwavering commitment to supporting our mission to improve the lives of all people impacted by cancer.

The Garden Party came to life because of the hard work of some very dedicated volunteers: Laurie Peterson, Diane Kay, Marilyn Way, Lynn Buchanan, Tami Wank, Tricia Asadurian, and Andrea Roschke. Lead by Development Director, Donna Baharouzi, we thank the team for their vision and dedication!
The funds raised at the Celebration of Hope Garden Party will benefit our community to ensure we can continue to provide high quality programs and services at NO COST to participants, their families and caregivers.
